How does it reduce drag at high speeds and maintain consistent power output?
We applied first principles thinking. The falcon biomimetic system on the rim surface unlocks optimized performance. flow-guiding ridges split oncoming airflow into multiple controlled airflow streams. concave-convex grooved surface creat the Venturi-like local acceleration effect to accelerate airflow and keep it attached to the rim surface. This reduces pressure fluctuations caused by flow separation.
In crosswind conditions, flow-guiding ridges break crosswind airflow to help manage lateral airflow across the rim surface. The concave-convex grooved surface matrix promotes a more even distribution of side forces.This prevents sudden local pressure changes that cause handling instability.
In addition, we applied in a 2:1 lacing pattern to balance tension between drive-side(DS)and non-drive-side(NDS).The hub uses 15267 & 6802 ceramic bearings for stronger and more stable wheel performance. The ultralight carbon spokes with titanium-alloy material weighs only 2.1g each.
