How does it deliver speed, control, and stability across demanding gravel terrain?
We applied first-principles thinking to develop a gravel-specific AeroFalcon™ biomimetic rim structure, where aerodynamic efficiency, wider tire support, and off road stability work together.
As gravel racing becomes faster and more technical, wheel design must respond to larger-volume tires, rougher race lines, exposed crosswinds, hidden rocks, ruts, and sharp impacts. The Gravel Falcon 5 is designed around these demands, not adapted from a road wheel.
When higher speeds are paired with wider gravel tires, a new aerodynamic opportunity emerges. The Gravel Falcon 5 features a 26 mm internal width and a 50 mm deep wave profile design, creating a wider tire support platform foimproves traction, cornering support, and stability across loose, rough, and uneven surfaces.
In addition, we applied in a 2:1 lacing pattern to balance tension between drive-side(DS)and non-drive-side(NDS).The hub uses 15267 & 6802 ceramic bearings for stronger and more stable wheel performance. The ultralight carbon spokes with titanium-alloy material weighs only 2.1g each.
Combined with the sharper and wilder AeroFalcon™ biomimetic rim carbon fiber surface structure, this design significantly increases lateral stiffness. It enhances the wheelset’s ability to resist lateral loads. This ensures precise handling and efficient power transfer.
