Crash Replacement Policy

ORNANINC Limited Lifetime Crash Replacement

At ORNANBIKE, we ensure that ORNANINC wheelsets undergo rigorous testing for strength, durability, and performance before mass production. However, even with proper use and maintenance, no product can be guaranteed against all forms of damage.

If your wheelset is damaged during riding or racing due to use beyond the product’s limits, we will provide a limited lifetime crash replacement service.

The Crash Replacement Program is a value-added protection service for ORNANBIKE wheelset products. If accidental damage occurs that is not covered under the limited lifetime warranty, the product owner may be eligible to purchase a replacement at a discounted price.

Coverage begins on the date of the original product purchase.

This protection applies only to wheelsets.

This protection does not cover:

  • Cosmetic paint damage that does not affect structural integrity;

  • Products that have already been processed through an insurance claim.

Crash Replacement Claim Process

To confirm whether a product is eligible for crash replacement, you may submit a service request through the ORNANBIKE official website or through a local officially authorized dealer, together with the following materials:

  • Valid proof of purchase issued by an officially authorized dealer or the ORNANBIKE official website;
  • A clear and complete product serial number;
  • Photos and videos of the damaged product.

Shipping and Labor Costs

The customer is responsible for the following costs:

  • Shipping costs for sending the product to the officially authorized dealer or the location designated by ORNANBIKE;
  • Repair labor costs;
  • Costs of any small replacement parts required, such as spokes, bearings, freehub bodies, ratchet kits, and similar components.

After the crash replacement application has been approved, the damaged product must be sent to the officially authorized dealer or the location designated by ORNANBIKE to complete the replacement process.

The warranty period for the replacement product will continue to be calculated from the original purchase date.

To ensure efficient after-sales processing, please remove all accessories before sending the product, including tires, inner tubes, rim tape, cassette, quick-release skewers, cycling computer magnets, and any other attached components.

If the customer fails to remove these accessories, ORNANBIKE and its authorized dealers shall not be responsible for any subsequent loss or damage to such accessories. The brand may also charge a fee for accessory removal.

If the required replacement model is out of stock, ORNANBIKE may provide an alternative model with similar specifications and performance.

ORNANBIKE reserves the right to reject any crash replacement application without providing a reason.
